- develop current projects at an Open House Showcase;
- worked with local Philadelphia schools and community organizations to recruit, interview, and hire community members for the summer 2014 fellowship positions;
- planned curriculum for the summer fellowship programming including the development of project ideas to work on with youth, and procurement of all resources, technology and space needed,
- recruited Temple University mentors, coding Instructors and development of coding curriculum;
- developed of training curriculum for mentor staff;
- continued work on ongoing projects;
- interviewed and hired the Program Coordinator position.
